European International School of Barcelona in Sant Cugat del Vallès seeks a passionate Math and Science Teacher for the Secondary team. The candidate should have a strong mathematics education background, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to engage and inspire students.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, Science, or related field.
• Two years of experience in similar positions.
• IB program experience highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaborative working abilities.
• Valid work permit to work in Spain.
• Ability to use technology effectively in the classroom.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging mathematics lessons to Secondary students (ESO, IB).
• Develop and implement curriculum in line with school standards.
• Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the school administration to support student development.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and school events.
