Quantion in Barcelona, part of the Astek Group, is seeking a Scrum Master to guide agile teams and foster a value-driven mindset across an international environment.

You will coach product teams, remove impediments, and collaborate closely with Product Owners, showing strong communication skills and a hands-on leadership style to deliver high-quality software with speed.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an agile team.
• Agile mindset with experience in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Willingness to push beyond comfort zone.
• Very good command of English.

We are looking for a SCRUM MASTER to join our Tech Team.

What will you do?

• You will be an ambassador for agile values and teach an agile mindset and agile frameworks
• You will guiding and coaching product teams and support Product Owners to deliver continuous customer value
• You will be a servant leader with a strong hands-on mentality – whatever impediments there might be for the product team, I will be there to remove them
• You will be a collaborator by heart, with a strong sense of empathy, and equipped with extraordinary communication skills helping me to overcome any conflict
• You will be driven by continuous improvement and fostering new, creative solutions
• You will work pragmatically and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions with speed
• You will be an active member of the Lufthansa Group Agile Community
• You will work in an international environment with a diverse team

What you will need:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or working in an agile team
• Agile mindset and have profound expertise in implementing agility in cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of software development processes, dependencies, and digital products as well as methodologies and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban
• Willingness to expand my comfort zone by sometimes leaving it
• Very good command of the English language
