Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Typically, 6+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, AI engineering, data engineering, ML, platform engineering, or related disciplines.

Aufgaben

• Build production AI applications, agents, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Design retrieval foundations for AI solutions, including RAG, vector search, and semantic enrichment.
• Develop AI-ready data products with foundations in quality, governance, lineage, and reuse.
• Create reusable capabilities and patterns to accelerate future AI use cases.
• Apply evaluation, monitoring, observability, and governance practices for reliable AI outcomes.
• Partner with domain experts to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
