Liebherr IT Shared Service Centre Ibérica in Madrid is seeking a Training Consultant to design, manage, and deliver a comprehensive training strategy for major ERP transformation programs, including SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics.

The role coordinates cross-functional teams, develops training materials, and drives adoption of digital enablement tools like WalkMe. Travel up to 30% and a hybrid on-site model in Madrid are required.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in training development for ERP or digital transformation programs.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs; Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Field Service desirable.
• Proven ability to engage diverse user groups and senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and user adoption strategies.
• Hands-on experience with WalkMe for in-app guidance and adoption tracking.
• Experience with training creation and learning tools (Articulate 360, SuccessFactors LMS).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Spanish desirable; German advantageous.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and execute training deployment in line with the program strategy with Training Lead and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor training activities, ensuring timelines, quality standards and objectives.
• Define and manage training plans, infrastructure, session scheduling, and KPI tracking.
• Oversee creation and quality of training materials and digital adoption content.
• Drive adoption of WalkMe and other digital enablement tools to improve in-application guidance.
• Ensure availability and proper functioning of training tools and enablement platforms.
• Collaborate with streams, stakeholders and partners to reflect business processes and system functionalities.
• Support training documentation and reporting with JIRA and Confluence.
• Travel up to 30% to Liebherr sites worldwide.
