Strada, a global leader in people, payroll and technology solutions, seeks a motivated individual to become a hands‑on Workday expert. You will learn to convert worker data for the Workday solution, supported by consultants, while building trusted relationships with the project team.

You'll apply Strada’s methodologies, manage multiple concurrent projects, and contribute to the company’s financial performance. A degree and strong MS Office and English skills are required, with SQL as a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree or candidates in final academic year.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Clear and articulate oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Become a hands-on subject matter expert in the Workday product suite, broadening your experience within HCM.
• Understand customer requirements to convert worker data for the Workday solution with team support.
• Develop strong relationships with other project team members.
• Understand and apply Workday and Strada methodologies.
• Contribute to Strada’s financial performance by delivering excellence and managing multiple projects.

A typical day can include:

• Become a hands‑on subject matter expert in the Workday product suite, broadening your experience and skillset within Human Capital Management.
• Understand customer requirements to convert worker data for the Workday solution, with support from consultants on your team
• Develop strong and trusting relationships with other members of the project team
• Understand and apply Workday and Strada methodologies
• Contribute to Strada’s financial performance by delivering excellence and managing your work on several concurrent projects

• Advanced Experience with MS Office Suite programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Experience with SQL favourable
