CNT Management Consulting AG is seeking a Senior SAP Authorizations & User Management Consultant to manage role and user access across SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and Fiori environments, ensuring compliant access control, process optimization, and audit readiness.

You will join an international, hybrid-enabled team with offices across Europe and the USA, benefit from diverse training opportunities, and participate in varied projects.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Authorizations and User Management.
• Strong expertise in SAP Fiori authorizations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP GRC, compliance, SoD.
• Proven background in operational support, incident management, and issue resolution.
• Experience supporting audits and compliance activities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Authorizations and User Management across SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and Fiori.
• Manage the full user lifecycle: provisioning, role assignments, access changes, deactivation.
• Design, maintain, and optimize SAP roles, catalogs, spaces, and authorization concepts.
• Perform authorization analysis and troubleshooting using SAP security tools.
• Support compliance, audit, and SoD reviews and remediation.

Your Responsibilities.

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Authorizations and User Management, resolving access and authorization issues across SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and Fiori environments.
• Manage the full user lifecycle, including user provisioning, role assignments, access changes, and deactivation.
• Design, maintain, and optimize SAP roles, catalogs, spaces, and authorization concepts.
• Perform authorization analysis and troubleshooting using SAP security tools, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Support compliance, audit, critical access, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) reviews and remediation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement of SAP authorization processes and governance.

What You Should Bring with You:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Authorizations and User Management within SAP R/3 and S/4HANA environments.
• Strong expertise in SAP Fiori authorizations and SAP security concepts.
• Hands-on experience with SAP GRC, compliance, critical access management, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
• Proven background in operational support, incident management, and issue resolution.
• Experience supporting audits and compliance activities.
• Strong communication skills; experience with Xiting tools is a plus.
