Deutsche Telekom seeks an SAP SuccessFactors EC consultant to drive HR digital transformation across client projects. You will analyze HR processes, propose SAP-aligned solutions, and configure Employee Central to meet client needs.

You will collaborate with functional and technical teams through all project phases, from requirements to production support and ongoing improvement. Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors releases, contribute to integrations and documentation, and ensure high‑quality

Formación

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC deployments and configurations.
Ability to analyze HR business processes and map solutions to SAP.
Experience configuring Employee Central and related MDF objects.

Responsabilidades

Participate in EC implementation, evolution and support projects.
Analyze HR business processes to propose SAP-aligned solutions.
Configure and parameterize Employee Central per client requirements.
Manage organizational structures, employee master data, positions, and Foundation Objects.
Configure Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reasons and Metadata Framework (MDF).
Manage permissions and security using Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
Collaborate on integrations with SAP modules and third‑party applications.
Contribute to functional specifications, project documentation, and testing (functional tests, UAT).
Provide production support and evolutionary/corrective maintenance.
Stay updated on new SAP SuccessFactors features and releases.
