Havaianas Europe - an Alpargatas Brand is seeking a Senior Logistics Consultant to drive SAP S4 HANA logistics projects, covering SD and MM, with IS Retail, Fashion and SAP CAR knowledge for a multinational retail environment.

You will lead projects and providers, educate users, document procedures, and report to the IT Solution Manager as part of the Global IT team. Fluent English required; Madrid-based role with international exposure.

Formación

• 8+ years in changes, development, maintenance and parameterization of SAP S/4HANA logistics modules (SD, MM)
• Experience with Retail, Fashion vertical and SAP CAR
• Experience leading multinational projects and providers
• Strong business process consultancy in Retail, Finance, Logistics and Sales
• POS implementation in a multinational market
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) for international meetings

Responsabilidades

• Functional analysis of new SAP S/4HANA logistics requirements using best practices and standard workflows for multinational retail
• Manage projects and providers, including outsourced work and team members
• Educate and guide internal/external users on best practices and IT policies
• Documentation of SAP S/4HANA procedures and manuals
• Regular reporting to the IT Solution Manager and IT team
• Collaborate with the IT Department and Business Applications operations

Purpose of the Role:

Senior Logistic Consultant on SAP S4 HANA logistic modules (SD, MM), IS Retail, Fashion and SAP CAR knowledge, with high experience on managing and supporting business projects SAP S4 HANA. Used to work with providers in a multinational scope and experience on managing changes and new developments for the company.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Functional analysis of new requirements for Retail & logistic SAP S4 HANA needs, taking in consideration best practices and standard workflows for multinational companies of the retail market.
• Manage assigned projects and its providers, when projects were outsourced, and its team members.
• Internal and external users education and guidance on best practices, procedures and IT policies.
• SAP S4 HANA procedures and technical manuals documentation and maintenance.
• Report periodically to the IT Solution Manager and other member of the IT team.
• Collaborate in the rest of tasks of the IT Department, Business Applications operations and Systems area.

Requirements:

• Highly experienced in projects management. More than eight years working on changes, development, maintenance and parameterization of SAP S4 HANA logistic modules, IS Retail, Fashion vertical and SAP CAR.
• Previous experience on Retail and Omnichannel brands.
• Highly experienced in Business consultancy. More than eight years working on business process related to Retail, Finance, Logistic, Sales and Customer Service.
• More than five years working on the implementation, maintenance and parameterization of a POS in and multinational market.
• High level of English. Used to attend meetings, provide support and trainings in an international scope (C1).
