Airbus Defence and Space SAU is seeking an IT- SAP ERP QM specialist to support and enhance Quality Management processes within the SAP ERP environment. You will work with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction.

The role involves requirements gathering, blueprinting, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support, along with documenting processes and training end-users.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ERP QM module configuration, implementation, and support.
• Strong understanding of quality management processes in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Proven experience with SAP QM functionalities including Quality Inspection, Quality Planning, Quality Certificates, Quality Notifications, and Audit Management.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, design, and implement SAP QM solutions to meet business requirements, including configuration and integration with PP, MM, SD, and PM.
• Provide expert support for existing SAP QM functionalities, including incident resolution and performance optimization.
• Lead and participate in SAP QM projects from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Develop and maintain documentation for SAP QM processes, configurations, and user guides.
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to end-users on SAP QM functionalities.
• Collaborate with process owners to identify areas for improvement and propose SAP QM solutions.
• Perform system testing (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure quality and integrity of solutions.
