Jobrapido is seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors presales professional to empower our sales team across international client engagements. You will shape tailored SAP SuccessFactors offerings, present compelling value, and collaborate with sales, technical, and implementation teams to move from presales to delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in SAP HR presales, deep knowledge of Core HR, Time, and Talent modules, and fluency in English and French.

Formación

• 5+ years in SAP HR Presales.
• Deep knowledge of Core HR, Time and Talent modules (preferably SAP SuccessFactors).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or related field.
• Analytical mindset with client-focused problem solving.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate client requirements into SAP solutions.

In this role you will empower the sales team by shaping SAP SuccessFactors-based solutions for international clients. You’ll engage with prospects, design tailored SAP SuccessFactors offerings, and demonstrate value through compelling presentations. You’ll collaborate with sales, technical, and implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from presales to delivery.
