Spencer Thomas Group (STG) seeks an experienced GlobalView Payroll Operations Consultant to support ongoing payroll operations for Spain. You will ensure payroll accuracy and collaborate with client stakeholders to maintain efficient payroll delivery.

The role is project-based with 50% level of effort, starting ASAP in Valencia, Spain, and continuing through April 2027. Fluency in English is required; Spanish language skills are preferred.

Formación

• Experience with ADP GlobalView Payroll in production environments.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and controls.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English.
• Spanish language skills (Preferred).

Position Overview

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our EMEA HCM Practice. We are seeking an experienced GlobalView Payroll Operations Consultant to support ongoing payroll operations for Spain. The consultant will provide day-to-day operational support, ensure payroll accuracy, and collaborate with client stakeholders to maintain efficient payroll delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day payroll operations using ADP GlobalView.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Investigate and resolve payroll-related issues.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and payroll teams to support business-as-usual operations.
• Recommend process improvements and payroll best practices where appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with ADP GlobalView Payroll.
• Experience supporting payroll operations in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and controls.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Spain payroll.
• Spanish language skills.
• Experience supporting multinational payroll environments.

Duration

Project-based consulting engagement with a start as soon as possible, continuing through April 2027.

Level of Effort

50% (Part-time).

Working Hours

Standard Spain business hours.
