Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is seeking an experienced GlobalView Payroll Operations Consultant to support payroll operations for Spain. The consultant will ensure payroll accuracy, work with client stakeholders, and maintain efficient payroll delivery within a part-time, project-based framework.

This role focuses on ADP GlobalView payroll in a production environment, with responsibilities spanning day-to-day operations, issue resolution, and process improvement recommendations.

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our EMEA HCM Practice.

We are seeking an experienced GlobalView Payroll Operations Consultant to support ongoing payroll operations for Spain. The consultant will provide day-to-day operational support, ensure payroll accuracy, and collaborate with client stakeholders to maintain efficient payroll delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day payroll operations using ADP GlobalView.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Investigate and resolve payroll-related issues.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and payroll teams to support business-as-usual operations.
• Recommend process improvements and payroll best practices where appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with ADP GlobalView Payroll.
• Experience supporting payroll operations in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and controls.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Spain payroll.
• Experience supporting multinational payroll environments.

Duration

Project-based consulting engagement with a start as soon as possible, continuing through April 2027.

Level of Effort

50% (Part-time).

Working Hours

Standard Spain business hours.
