Gazelle Global is seeking a Senior SAP MDG Consultant/Lead to drive complex master data transformation initiatives across FMCG and other sectors. You will shape MDG data models, governance and integration strategies while guiding senior stakeholders and coordinating multi-workstream delivery.

You’ll lead workshops, define future-state processes and oversee SIT/UAT, deployment and production support, with a focus on data quality and governance across key domains.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SAP MDG implementation, rollout, enhancement and support activities.
• Design and configure MDG data models, workflows, validations, derivations and Change Requests.
• Work across master data domains including Business Partner/Customer, Supplier/Vendor, Material/Product and Finance.
• Define data quality rules, duplicate checks, enrichment processes and governance controls.
• Support integration between SAP MDG and SAP/non-SAP systems.
• Lead workshops and help define future-state master data processes and governance models.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployment and production support.
• Contribute to data migration, cleansing, harmonisation and enrichment initiatives.
• Provide guidance to junior consultants and manage workstreams and timelines.

Are you an experienced SAP MDG professional looking for your next opportunity to lead complex master data transformation initiatives?

We’re looking for a Senior SAP MDG Consultant / Lead to join our team and support the design, implementation, enhancement and ongoing governance of enterprise master data solutions across FMCG / Consumer Goods and other industry sectors.

The Role

You’ll work closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate complex master data requirements into scalable, sustainable SAP MDG solutions.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Lead SAP MDG implementation, rollout, enhancement and support activities.
• Design and configure MDG data models, workflows, validations, derivations and Change Requests.
• Work across key master data domains including Business Partner/Customer, Supplier/Vendor, Material/Product and Finance.
• Define and implement data quality rules, duplicate checks, enrichment processes and governance controls.
• Support integration between SAP MDG and SAP/non-SAP systems.
• Work with S/4HANA and/or ECC environments.
• Lead workshops and help define future-state master data processes and governance models.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployment and production support.
• Contribute to data migration, cleansing, harmonisation and enrichment initiatives.
• Provide guidance to junior consultants and contribute to capability development.
• Manage workstreams, deliverables, risks, dependencies and timelines with limited supervision.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll bring strong hands-on SAP MDG experience, combined with excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Key experience includes:

• BRF+ – Business Rules Framework Plus
• Validations & Derivations
• Data Quality & Governance
• SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC

Experience with SAP PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite/CPI, APIs, IDocs and Web Services would be highly desirable.

Even better, not required.

Experience working with Customer/Business Partner, Product/Material and Supplier master data, particularly within large-scale transformation or global template programmes, would be highly valued.
