Capitole is seeking a Junior SAP HCM Consultant to help support and enhance our HR solutions. You will work with business stakeholders, handle incidents, and contribute to SAP HR configurations across PA, PY and PT modules.

You will participate in testing, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts within the SAP HR ecosystem, while growing your career with us in Spain.

Formación

• Experience or academic background in SAP HCM.
• Knowledge of PA, PY and PT modules.
• Basic ABAP knowledge is expected.
• Strong communication with business users and fluent English (B2+).

Responsabilidades

• Support SAP HCM incidents and requests.
• Configure PA, PY and PT processes in SAP HCM.
• Participate in functional testing, validations and releases.
• Create functional and technical documentation.

At Capitole, we are looking for a Junior SAP HCM Consultant eager to build a long-term career supporting and improving Human Resources solutions while working closely with business stakeholders.

Whatʼs the challenge?

• You’ll join the internal IT team responsible for supporting and evolving SAP HCM solutions that enable key HR processes across the organization.
• This role combines functional consulting, SAP configuration, basic ABAP knowledge, stakeholder interaction and continuous learning within the SAP HR ecosystem.

Youʼll be working on:

• Supporting SAP HCM incidents and business requests.
• Configuring Personnel Administration (PA), Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT).
• Participating in functional testing, validations and production releases.
• Creating functional and technical documentation.
• Driving continuous improvements across HR processes and SAP solutions.

What weʼre looking for:

• Experience or academic background in SAP HCM
• Knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA)
• Understanding of Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT)
• Basic ABAP knowledge
• Good communication with business users
• Fluent English level B2+ or above

Nice to have:

• SAP CPI, S/4HANA or Organizational Management
