Capitole is hiring a Junior SAP HCM Consultant to support and evolve SAP HCM solutions within the internal IT team. You will work on PA, PY and PT configurations, incident handling, testing, and documentation.

The role combines functional consulting with SAP configuration and a focus on continuous improvement, in a hybrid setup in Rubí, Spain.

Formación

• Experience or academic background in SAP HCM.
• Knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA).
• Understanding of Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT).
• Basic ABAP knowledge.
• Good communication with business users.
• Fluent English level B2+ or above.

Responsabilidades

• Support SAP HCM incidents and business requests.
• Configure PA, PY and PT in SAP HCM.
• Participate in functional testing, validations and releases.
• Create functional and technical documentation.
• Drive continuous improvements across HR processes and SAP solutions.

We're hiring a SAP HCM Consultant

Rubí – Hybrid / 2 days office

At Capitole, we are looking for a Junior SAP HCM Consultant eager to build a long-term career supporting and improving Human Resources solutions while working closely with business stakeholders.

What's the challenge?

• You’ll join the internal IT team responsible for supporting and evolving SAP HCM solutions that enable key HR processes across the organization.
• This role combines functional consulting, SAP configuration, basic ABAP knowledge, stakeholder interaction and continuous learning within the SAP HR ecosystem.

You'll be working on:

• Supporting SAP HCM incidents and business requests.
• Configuring Personnel Administration (PA), Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT).
• Participating in functional testing, validations and production releases.
• Creating functional and technical documentation.
• Driving continuous improvements across HR processes and SAP solutions.

What we're looking for:

• Experience or academic background in SAP HCM
• Knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA)
• Understanding of Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT)
• Basic ABAP knowledge
