Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an experienced SAP BI Manager to lead the SAP BW/4HANA platform across the organization. You will design, modernize, and support end-to-end BI architectures, coordinating international delivery teams to ensure reliable analytics.

This role enables standardized reporting, informs decision-making, and supports growth while aligning with enterprise architecture standards. Strong technical leadership and stakeholder communication are essential to success.

Formación

• Proven track record leading at least one BW/4HANA implementation or migration.
• Deep expertise in SAP BW data modeling objects (ADSOs, CompositeProviders, Open ODS Views, InfoObjects, InfoAreas).
• Strong command of ETL processes: ODP-based extraction, DTPs, transformations, and process chain design and monitoring.
• Solid experience with SAP HANA modeling concepts (Calculation Views) and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in ABAP for BW (AMDP procedures, start/end/expert routines, field routines).
• Experience integrating BW/4HANA with SAP source systems (ECC and/or S/4HANA).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate delivery of BI enhancements, fixes, and releases in line with priorities and SLAs.
• Ensure BI solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and to defined quality standards.
• Oversee the design and build of BI solutions, including data models, data flows, and reporting layers.
• Review designs with architects and developers to resolve issues and ensure best practices.
• Support standardization of financial, commercial, and operational reporting across business areas.
• Manage ongoing improvements to SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud environments.
• Coordinate upgrades, patches, and housekeeping activities.
• Coordinate BI developers and analysts across locations and provide guidance.
• Monitor data quality and controls; support audits with reliable BI outputs.

The SAP BW / BW4HANA Manager is responsible for the evolution and operational excellence of the SAP Business Intelligence platform across the organization. By designing, modernizing, and supporting end-to-end BI architectures, coordinating international delivery teams, and aligning BI capabilities with business strategy, the role ensures reliable, scalable, and trusted analytics solutions.

This position exists to enable informed decision-making, standardized reporting, and sustainable growth, while ensuring the SAP BI platform remains robust and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

This is a business-critical function. Without a strong SAP BI platform expertise and delivery, the organization would be unable to reliably deliver integrated reporting, advanced analytics, and strategic insights required by the executive management and shareholders.

Roles/Responsibilities:

BI Platform Operations & Delivery

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the SAP BW platform, ensuring stability, performance, and availability.
• Coordinate delivery of BI enhancements, fixes, and releases in line with agreed priorities and service levels.
• Ensure BI solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and according to defined quality standards.

BI Solution Design & Implementation

• Oversee the design and build of BI solutions, including data models, data flows, and reporting layers.
• Work hands-on with architects and developers to review designs, resolve technical issues, and ensure best practices are applied.
• Support standardization of financial, commercial, and operational reporting across business areas.

Platform Maintenance & Improvement

• Manage ongoing improvements to SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud environments.
• Coordinate upgrades, patches, and technical housekeeping activities.
• Support gradual transition from legacy reporting solutions to modern SAP analytics tools.

Team/Vendor Management & Coordination

• Coordinate BI developers and analysts across multiple locations.
• Allocate work, monitor progress, and provide day-to-day guidance and technical support to the team.
• Support skill development, onboarding, and knowledge sharing within the BI team.

Data Quality & Controls

• Monitor data quality and consistency across SAP and non-SAP source systems.
• Ensure basic data validation, reconciliation, and control checks are in place.
• Support audits and financial controls by providing reliable and traceable BI outputs.

Required Qualifications

• Strong command of ETL processes: ODP-based extraction, DTPs, transformations, and process chain design and monitoring.
• Solid experience with SAP HANA modeling concepts (Calculation Views) and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in ABAP for BW (AMDP procedures, start/end/expert routines, field routines).
• Experience integrating BW/4HANA with SAP source systems (ECC and/or S/4HANA).
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Minimum education: University degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum experience: Minimum 7+ years in BI, data platforms, or enterprise analytics environmentsLanguage skills: Fluent English; Spanish is an advantage
• Required certificates:SAP BI / Analytics certifications (e.g. SAP BW, SAC, BusinessObjects)ITIL or similar service management frameworks
