Job summary

SD Worx is seeking an experienced SAP integration specialist to join our international Integrations team. You will design and develop ABAP-based connectors between SAP systems and third-party HR platforms, ensuring reliable data replication and smooth interface operation.

With 5-7 years of SAP ABAP integration experience and advanced English, you will collaborate with customers, participate in workshops, and contribute to automation and innovation across our HR solutions.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years SAP integration ABAP experience.
• Advanced English; additional languages beneficial.
• Experience with SAP HCM, SuccessFactors EC, Workday integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support SAP integration solutions between SAP and external HR platforms.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate into scalable integration solutions.
• Build and maintain ABAP-based integration components and data transformations.
• Configure and troubleshoot web services, APIs, and middleware connections.
• Support Workday, SuccessFactors, and SAP HCM/ECP integration scenarios.
• Participate in customer workshops, testing activities, go-live support, and hypercare.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, automation initiatives, and innovation within the SAP Integrations team.
