Amazon EU STEP is seeking a Same Day Program Excellence Lead to own initiatives that sharpen how we plan and deliver Same Day operations across Europe. You will transform data into actionable insights, manage cross-functional programs, and work with senior leaders to optimize speed and cost in a rapidly expanding delivery network.

You will collaborate with Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Product teams to drive scalable systems and automation, ensuring rigorous governance and risk

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related discipline.
• Experience with databases and SQL.
• Experience applying KPIs to analyses and identifying opportunities to improve tools and processes.
• Experience managing competing priorities across stakeholders.
• Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery.
• Experience creating automation and analytical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Program-manage initiatives to improve data visualization, speed-cost trade-offs, and experiments across EU Same Day planning.
• Connect data from multiple sources to feed planning decisions.
• Define metrics and governance to drive decisions in fast-moving situations.
• Communicate with senior leaders and align multiple stakeholders.
• Anticipate risks and drive mitigation to protect cost and speed.
• Oversee governance across Same Day, DEX, Operations and capacity planning.
