Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Technical Architect for its Salesforce Iberia practice. You will own the technical design, guide delivery teams from discovery through go-live, and act as a trusted technical reference for customer stakeholders with support from Senior Technical Architects.

You will design integration patterns, review code, contribute to data models, and support broader technology conversations for ERP/CRM integrations with the team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce implementations with architecture or design contributions.
• Solid coding background including Apex and LWC; familiarity with Python or TS for tooling.
• Experience delivering Salesforce projects from discovery to go-live, multi-cloud a plus.
• Ability to discuss integration and data architecture beyond CRM layer with senior support.

Responsibilities

• Own solution architecture for a project or workstream, single- or dual-cloud.
• Contribute to technical strategy and design standards within governance.
• Participate in architecture review boards presenting design options.
• Be the first line of resolution for technical problems on engagements.
