Lighthouse is seeking a Salesforce Developer Lead to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. You will split time between maintenance and project work, focusing on Apex, LWC, and integration architecture.

You’ll mentor peers and champion AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and quality across the team. You will work in our hybrid environment from Barcelona, reporting to the Salesforce Implementation Team, and drive end-to-end quote-to-cash improvements,

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience in a team
• Strong proficiency in Apex and LWC
• Hands-on experience with Apex Enterprise Patterns like fflib
• Experience building integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events
• Discipline in testing, quality, and maintainable code

What you will do

You will join the implementation team as a Salesforce Developer Lead. This is a hands-on technical role where you will design, build, and maintain high quality, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. Time is currently split 50/50 between maintenance and project work. Key projects span new product line implementations with self-service flow capabilities, improvements to the end-to-end quote-to-cash flow, debt collection optimization, and reducing friction in the customer invoice payment process. You will focus on custom Apex development and integration architecture, while also championing the use of AI-assisted development tools.

Where you will have impact

• Design and implement robust, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex and LWC, following enterprise patterns.
• Build and maintain integration flows connecting Salesforce with internal and third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
• Actively use and experiment with AI coding tools to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and champion new ways of working across the team.
• Mentor and guide other developers through peer code reviews and knowledge sharing to elevate the team's overall expertise.
• Take ownership of technical analysis and implementation, translating business requirements (prepared by a dedicated BA team) into well-designed technical solutions.
• Collaborate with architects to ensure the system remains maintainable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise-wide standards.

You’ll be part of our Salesforce implementation team, working in close collaboration with the business analysis team. While they focus on gathering requirements, we own the technical execution, from analysis and design through to hands-on implementation. Who you are

Essential

• 8+ years of professional Salesforce development experience in a team environment.
• Strong proficiency in custom development with Apex and LWC.
• Hands-on experience with Apex Enterprise Patterns like fflib, including selector, domain, and service layer architecture.
• Proven experience building and maintaining integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
• A disciplined approach to testing, code quality, and building maintainable software.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency and code quality.
• A genuine curiosity and forward-thinking mindset about the role of AI in the future of development.
• Proven ability to mentor other developers and contribute proactively to team standards.
• Fluent English.
