DDN is seeking a Salesforce System Administrator to lead the production support and governance of the end-to-end Salesforce environment, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, Order Management, and Service Cloud. You will own daily health, configuration, security, and reliability, while guiding end users and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve quoting, ordering, and case management.

Formación

• 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience in live business environments.
• Experience supporting end-to-end Salesforce processes including CPQ, Order Management, Case Management and Service Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing, user access, declarative automation, data quality, and troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Own Salesforce production support tickets from intake to resolution and closure.
• Troubleshoot authentication, permissions, visibility, reporting, automation, email, integrations, and data quality.
• Apply least-privilege principles and conduct access reviews; support onboarding and offboarding.
