Formación

• Previous experience in construction sales is a plus, and training is available.
• Excellent communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
• Self motivated with strong follow up habits.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Basic knowledge of roofing materials and installation is an asset.
• Comfortable with door to door sales and cold calling.

Responsabilidades

• Door to door lead generation: engage homeowners in targeted neighbourhoods and introduce our roofing and exterior renovation services.
• Customer consultation: assess needs, explain our services in detail, and offer tailored solutions.
• Follow ups and relationship building: stay in touch to convert leads into signed contracts and keep clients informed through the project.
• Estimating and proposals: work with the project team to prepare accurate estimates and proposals.
• Sales targets: meet or exceed monthly goals and contribute to company growth.
• On site support: visit job sites to check progress, answer questions, and confirm customers are happy.
• Marketing support: hand out flyers, promote offers, and represent Sherak professionally in the community.
