You will monitor pipeline health, support forecasting, and translate insights into practical improvements for regional sales processes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Sales Operations, deep Salesforce experience, and strong analytical skills with BI tools like Power BI and Tableau.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Economics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or related function.
• Strong Salesforce CRM expertise and modern sales tech experience.
• Experience with forecasting, pipeline management and analytics.
• Advanced BI skills with Power BI, Tableau and Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; English (C1+).
