The Big Jobsite busca un/a Sales Manager para España, con enfoque en nutrición animal y crecimiento internacional. Tendrá responsabilidad regional para desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia de ventas, identificar oportunidades y gestionar cuentas clave.

El puesto ofrece autonomía, ownership del mercado español y la posibilidad de impactar significativamente el rendimiento regional trabajando de forma remota o en campo, con un equipo de apoyo y beneficios.

Formación

• Diplomado en Ciencias Animal (o campo relacionado)
• Experiencia probada en ventas en nutrición animal
• Conocimiento sólido de nutrición porcina
• Experiencia gestionando cuentas clave y impulsando crecimiento

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia de ventas regional
• Identificar y asegurar nuevas oportunidades de negocio
• Apoyar la expansión de negocio y crecimiento de la marca
• Construir relaciones sólidas con los clientes

Animal Nutrition | International Growth Role

Location: Spain (Remote / Field-Based)

Salary: Up to €115,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We're working with a well-established, innovative business within the animal nutrition sector, looking to appoint a Sales Manager to drive growth across Spain within the integrated market segment.

This is a key strategic hire, offering autonomy, market ownership, and the opportunity to significantly impact regional performance.

The Role

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the regional growth strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening key customer relationships across Spain.

You'll play a pivotal role in expanding market presence while working closely with internal teams to deliver commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

About You

• Degree in Animal Science (or related field) or equivalent industry experience
