Elix Sourcing Solutions busca un Sales Manager para liderar la estrategia de crecimiento en España, con foco en mercado porcino y ventas B2B. El puesto ofrece autonomía y responsabilidad regional desde cualquier parte de España.

El candidato ideal aporta experiencia en nutrición animal y gestión de cuentas clave, para impulsar el crecimiento rentable y la presencia de la marca en el mercado español, trabajando de forma remota/mixto.

Formación

• Experiencia en ventas en nutrición animal o piensos.
• Sólido conocimiento de nutrición porcina.
• Gestión de cuentas clave y crecimiento rentable.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar e implementar estrategias regionales de ventas y crecimiento.
• Identificar oportunidades de negocio y ampliar la base de clientes.
• Apoyar la expansión de la marca y el negocio en España.
• Construir relaciones sólidas con clientes estratégicos.
• Colaborar con equipos internos para lograr objetivos comerciales.

Location: Spain (Remote / Field-Based)

Salary: Up to €115,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Do you have strong knowledge of the swine sector and a track record of driving growth? Looking for a role where you can take ownership of a market and shape strategy?

We’re working with a well-established, innovative business within the animal nutrition sector, looking to appoint a Sales Manager to drive growth across Spain within the integrated market segment.

This is a key strategic hire, offering autonomy, market ownership, and the opportunity to significantly impact regional performance.

The Role

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the regional growth strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening key customer relationships across Spain.

You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding market presence while working closely with internal teams to deliver commercial success.

About You

• Degree in Animal Science (or related field) or equivalent industry experience
