Job summary

Levata by Logiscenter is hiring an internship-focused sales support professional to drive new business in the DACH market. You will nurture inbound/outbound interactions, build a robust pipeline, and maintain accurate CRM updates.

You will tailor quotes and proposals while developing long-term client relationships, negotiating with partners to optimize margins, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience at every stage. Madrid-based role with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-centric mindset and relationship-building skills.
• Nice to have telesales and/or e-commerce experience.
• Nice to have IT sales/service background.
• Highly results-oriented with a drive to exceed targets.
• German (spoken and written) is required.

Responsibilities

• Adopt a consultative sales approach to identify opportunities and win new business.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions with a focus on the DACH market.
• Own and develop a portfolio of accounts with CRM/ERP updates and pipeline management.
• Prepare and manage tailored quotes, proposals, and commercial documents.
• Build long-term client relationships by delivering post-sales support and solution selling.
• Negotiate with suppliers, clients, and partners to optimize profitability and margins.
• Provide hands-on support to customers, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience.
