Heron Innovations Factory GmbH in Madrid, Spain seeks a Sales Engineer in Plant Engineering for intralogistics systems. You will guide projects from initial contact to customer acceptance, turning workshop insights into modular system concepts and presenting solutions to clients.

You will blend strong communication with engineering expertise in logistics, perform layout design with Autodesk tools, and travel about 15% for customer engagements.

Formación

• A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Proficiency in layout design using Autodesk products.
• Very good knowledge of English.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15% of total working time.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in two-day customer workshops for solution development and subsequent conceptual elaboration of intralogistics systems.
• Discuss project details directly with customers.
• Create system layouts and design Servus system components.
• Prepare technical quotes for complex intralogistics systems and present to customers.
• Coordinate with software partners and suppliers.
• Serve as the internal point of contact for Sales and Project Management teams.

Sales Engineer in Plant Engineering for Intralogistics Systems

As a full-service provider, we develop, plan and implement turnkey intralogistics solutions based on our intelligent Autonomous Robotic Carriers. Warehouse and production are merged into a fully automated system. All over the world, our products inspire hidden champions as well as global players. Within the Heron Innovations Factory, we use synergies and work together to further develop our innovative products.

You will accompany our intralogistics system projects from the initial contact to the final acceptance by our customers. After a customer workshop, you will implement the system concepts based on our modular intralogistics system and present the solutions to the customers. This role combines your communication skills with your technical skills in logistics and engineering.

• Participation in two-day customer workshops for solution development and subsequent conceptual elaboration of the intralogistics systems
• Discussion of project details directly with customers
• Creation of system layouts and design of Servus system components
• Preparation of technical quotes for our complex intralogistics systems and subsequent presentation to the customer
• Coordination with software partners and suppliers
• Internal point of contact for the Sales and Project Management team
• A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
