Job summary

SAP SE in Barcelona is offering a paid internship in its Barcelona Digital Hub. You will join the Sales Development internship program, supporting teams, shadowing interactions with prospects, and building skills in digital prospecting and account qualification.

The internship runs for a minimum of six months at 39.5 hours per week, with a tri-party agreement with your university. Compensation is €1,200 gross per month.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree (in relevant fields).
• Fluent Business English; knowledge of at least one listed language.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Canva).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, owns tasks and shows initiative.
• Growth mindset and curiosity are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP's Sales Development and Account Executive teams.
• Learn digital prospecting techniques and conversations with C-level decision-makers.
• Develop skills in objection handling and account qualification.
• Build knowledge in sales data management: profiling accounts, segmentation, reporting.
• Shadow Sales Developers in live customer interactions.
• Raise awareness of the internship through social media and university channels.
