Job summary

Capri Holdings Limited, home to Michael Kors, is seeking a Sales Associate in Andalucía, Spain. You will be part of the Jet Set team, delivering elevated customer experiences, mastering product knowledge, and contributing to store performance in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

You will build client relationships through clienteling apps, maintain brand standards, and collaborate with management on sales strategies while upholding image and grooming guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of Jet Set Team, providing support for colleagues across the store
• Take accountability for the personal self evaluation and performance as a Jet Set Ambassador
• Ensure image and grooming standards are aligned with brand policy
• Collaborate with management team on sales strategies, product knowledge, brand standards and selling service
• Lead by example as Jet Set Ambassador to ensure exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business
• Maintain client communication through utilizing all available clienteling apps
• Proactively manage client database and utilize information to increase sales
• Maintain floor presence and lead by example
• Build and maintain good communication with management team to drive store performance
• Meet and exceed sales goals holding self accountable for the results
• Use of Product Knowledge packs to become a Selling Expert to advise our customers with passion and confidence
• Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales
