AB seeks a Sales Area Manager for the South Romania and Bulgaria market. You will lead AB’s commercial strategy, develop a robust pipeline, and drive opportunities across NG S, Biogas, Biomethane, and CHP sectors.

You should hold an engineering degree or technical background, with 5+ years in energy sales, strong negotiation, and good English. Location in Bucharest with travel; onboarding in Italy (2–6 weeks) may be required.

Formación

• Engineering degree or technical expertise in energy sector.
• 5+ years of experience in technical sales in energy/industrial plants.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within Romania and Bulgaria.
• Good English knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the entire sales process within South Romania and Bulgaria.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of contacts.
• Identify technical solutions with Engineering Office.
• Prepare tenders and related documentation.
• Travel as required for customer meetings and training.
