Geely Auto España in Madrid is seeking a Business Data & Projects Specialist to support the Sales team with reporting, analytics and process improvement. You will manage Sales dashboards, KPI reporting and key tools such as Power BI and Salesforce CRM, under the Sales Planning Manager.

You will translate business requirements into IT and data solutions, test new functionalities, provide user guidance and help consolidate information from multiple systems to support decision making.

Formación

• 3+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or project coordination roles.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards/reports using Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Experience with CRM or other business management platforms; Salesforce is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain Sales dashboards and regular reporting using Power BI and Excel.
• Monitor the KPIs defined by Sales Management, identifying trends and deviations.
• Support day‑to‑day management and improvement of Sales tools, particularly Salesforce CRM.
• Coordinate Sales projects and initiatives with cross‑functional teams and manage timelines.
• Prepare presentations and project reports for the Sales Management team.
