SD Worx in Madrid seeks a Senior SailPoint Architect & Integration Engineer to shape identity governance architecture and lead enterprise integrations. You will design scalable RBAC/ABAC models, define provisioning workflows and drive secure access across Entra ID, SAP and other apps.

You will coach teammates, document architectures, and ensure governance and compliance across IAM. Hybrid work is available for this international role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, cybersecurity or related field.
• SailPoint certifications required or strongly preferred.
• 5+ years IAM experience with SailPoint and cloud-native integrations.
• 3+ years hands-on SailPoint implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of RBAC, ABAC, role engineering and entitlement modelling.
• Experience with Entra ID, Okta, SAP, Workday or similar apps.
• Experience migrating from another IGA platform and data remediation programs.

Responsabilidades

• Define SailPoint architecture in collaboration with product owner and tech lead.
• Design and document implementation standards and best practices.
• Design scalable identity governance processes and RBAC/ABAC models.
• Translate business needs into SailPoint capabilities and configurations.
• Lead integration with applications and develop connectors.
• Coach team members and review designs; support troubleshooting.
