Sage is looking for a Finance Consultant (Sage X3) to join our Customer Services team in Madrid. This role involves supporting partners and customers with expertise in the Sage X3 Developer and Finance domain.

The successful candidate will deliver tailored solutions, ensuring high-quality service, and managing customer relationships effectively. Strong experience with Sage X3 and the ability to communicate in Spanish and English are essential. Formación

• Experience in finance/accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, reporting) within ERP systems.
• Background in consulting or support in ERP environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clear, timely communication and effectively route customer queries.
• Design, configure, and support tailored solutions within the Sage X3 environment.
• Investigate and resolve functional and technical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to enhance customer outcomes.

Conocimientos

Proven experience with Sage X3 (functional, technical, or developer level)

Experience in ERP consulting, support, or implementation environments

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
