Sage is looking for a Finance Consultant (Sage X3) to join our Customer Services team in Madrid. This role involves supporting partners and customers with expertise in the Sage X3 Developer and Finance domain.

The successful candidate will deliver tailored solutions, ensuring high-quality service, and managing customer relationships effectively. Strong experience with Sage X3 and the ability to communicate in Spanish and English are essential. Formación

• Experience in finance/accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, reporting) within ERP systems.
• Background in consulting or support in ERP environments.

• Investigate and resolve functional and technical issues promptly.

We are looking for a Finance Consultant (Sage X3) to join our Customer Services team, supporting Sage partners and customers with expertise in the Sage X3 Developer and Finance domain.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, delivering high-quality solutions tailored to client needs, while providing functional and technical support across Sage X3 financial processes. You will combine consulting, problem-solving, and development capabilities to enhance customer outcomes and ensure an excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clear, timely communication and effectively route customer queries to the appropriate channels
• Manage and prioritise workload to deliver resolutions aligned with customer expectations
• Design, configure, and support tailored solutions within the Sage X3 environment
• Investigate and resolve functional and technical issues, proactively preventing escalation and managing complaints
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to enhance products, services, and customer outcomes
• Build strong customer relationships and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Utilise internal systems, tools, and data to manage cases and optimise interactions
• Contribute to team targets and continuously improve processes within a European Customer Services environment

Key Requirements
