Volta is seeking a Safety Manager to own on-site safety for our Nordics project. Embedded in the project team, you will establish the site's safety culture with the Project Delivery Manager and ensure every worker returns home safe each day.
You will apply fleet safety standards, run inductions, inspections and audits, manage contractor safety performance, and drive incident investigations with transparent reporting. Based in the Nordics during delivery, you will influence behavior daily.

The Safety Manager owns safety on the ground at Volta's Nordics project. Embedded in the project team, you will set the site's safety culture with the Project Delivery Manager and make sure everyone building it goes home well, every day.
You will carry a functional line to Volta's Safety Function Manager, applying fleet standards on site and reporting with total transparency.
