Formación

• Conocimiento práctico de MiFID II, UCITS y MAR.
• Experiencia en gestión de riesgo de cumplimiento en consultoría, normativa o regulador.
• Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión, gestionar múltiples proyectos y cumplir plazos.
• Habilidades de comunicación con reguladores y equipos internos.

Responsabilidades

• Actuar como experto en cumplimiento regulatorio para onboarding de clientes, gobernanza de productos y lanzamientos de productos/servicios de inversión.
• Monitorear, probar y reportar la efectividad de la arquitectura regulatoria.
• Redactar, implementar y difundir planes, marcos y políticas de cumplimiento.
• Asesorar en lanzamientos de productos para asegurar conformidad con regulaciones locales.
• Desarrollar y ejecutar un marco de cumplimiento y un programa de formación de primer nivel.
• Interactuar con reguladores cuando corresponda.

Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.

We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager who can see what’s needed to keep our consumer protection practice in compliance. You‘ll be responsible for advising our business on compliance topics within the Investment Laws remit (MiFID II, UCITS, MAR) and support with establishing and monitoring related controls.

What you’ll be doing

• Acting as regulatory compliance expert in terms of client onboarding, product governance and investment product&services launches
• Monitoring, testing, and reporting on the effectiveness of our regulatory architecture
• Drafting, implementing, and rolling out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies
• Participating and advising on product launches, providing expert regulatory advice to support the Operations team to fully comply with local regulations
• Developing and executing a world-class compliance framework and training programme
• Supporting interactions with regulators

What you’ll need

• Clear and practical knowledge of MiFID II, UCITS and MAR
• Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis
• Familiarity with policy creation and implementation
• A solid understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk
• The ability to communicate positively with regulators and members of various internal teams
• Multitasking skills with close attention to detail
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
