Accenture está buscando un/a consultor/a senior en Barcelona o Madrid para liderar iniciativas de transformación organizacional centradas en SAP S/4HANA. Se trabajará estrechamente con la dirección y equipos multifuncionales para definir e ejecutar roadmaps de migración y mejoras operativas.

Se requiere experiencia en consultoría, capacidad para colaborar con directivos y habilidad para traducir casos de negocio en acciones tangibles.

Formación

• Al menos 8 años de experiencia en firmas de consultoría.
• Experiencia en transformaciones organizativas y en proyectos SAP S/4.
• Capacidad de traducir iniciativas en impacto real para clientes Tier‑1.

Responsabilidades

• Dirigir iniciativas de transformación empresarial con foco SAP S/4HANA.
• Trabajar con C‑suite para priorizar decisiones estratégicas.
• Gestionar equipos y colaborar con clientes para lograr resultados.

Ability to capture real impact (incremental revenues, cost efficiencies, etc.) according to a declared business case in Tier-1 CompaniesProven experiences working with C-Level in Tier-1 CompaniesApply consulting thought leadership and influence client agendas at large extent through deep expertise and insight. Partner with our clients to make bold decisions on priority C-Suite issues within area of expertise. Pioneer and growth new strategy practices and/or complex assets and offerings while developing the most talented resources.
