A robotics and AI company in Barcelona is seeking a Technical Innovation Manager to help document and structure their engineering knowledge. The role involves working on robotic systems, ensuring proper technical documentation for innovation protection and regulatory compliance. Successful candidates will have a degree in engineering and a solid understanding of physical systems. Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Biomedical or similar).
• Experience or exposure to technical documentation, validation, quality, compliance, or technical office roles.
• Outstanding academic background is a plus.

Mansioni

• Structure and formalize THEKER’s core technologies into clear technical assets.
• Prepare and coordinate patent-related technical material.
• Define correct usage and deployment frameworks for robotic systems.

Conoscenze

Strong understanding of physical systems

Experience with technical documentation

Fluent technical English

Comfortable working with ambiguity
