JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a risk and compliance professional to strengthen our global risk framework. You will design and implement AML governance, perform due diligence, and monitor transaction safety across jurisdictions, enabling compliant operations within a fast-paced logistics ecosystem.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine risk analytics, automate reviews, and support scalable solutions that prevent fraud while maintaining efficient supply chain processes.

Responsabilidades

• Risk Control Framework Development: Analyze business workflows and requirements to design risk management frameworks and tools (e.g., AML systems, sanctions screening).
• Strategy Development & Optimization: Monitor risk patterns and illicit activity trends to develop anti-fraud/anti-arbitrage strategies.
• Risk Monitoring & Analytics: Develop risk models and monitoring frameworks and analyze key metric anomalies.
• Compliance & AML Governance: Execute AML compliance activities including customer due diligence and sanctions screening.

About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Risk Control Framework Development
  Analyze business workflows and requirements to design risk management frameworks and tools (e.g., AML systems, sanctions screening). Standardize risk governance practices and ensure alignment with evolving business objectives.
• Strategy Development & Optimization
  Monitor risk patterns and illicit activity trends to develop anti-fraud/anti-arbitrage strategies. Continuously refine approaches to balance growth objectives with risk mitigation, minimizing losses from external threats.
• Risk Monitoring & Analytics
  Develop risk models and monitoring frameworks (e.g., logistics analytics, suspicious transaction alerts). Analyze key metric anomalies, identify root causes, and deliver actionable solutions to drive remediation.
• Compliance & AML Governance
  Execute AML compliance activities including customer due diligence, sanctions screening, and large-value transaction reporting. Streamline compliance workflows to ensure adherence to regulations across jurisdictions (e.g., Hong Kong, U.S.), mitigating legal exposure.
• System & Process Enhancement
  Drive iterative enhancements to risk systems (e.g., automated reviews, risk profiling). Integrate multi-source data (e.g., shipping documents, tracking data, corporate registries) to refine operational workflows and enhance risk management precision.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute risk mitigation strategies and resolve operational bottlenecks. Conduct training programs and case studies to strengthen organizational risk awareness and foster a company-wide risk-aware culture.
