Veeva Systems is seeking a proactive Product Expert to drive customer success for Veeva RIM in Europe. You will advocate the voice of the customer, translate business needs into product inputs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape Submissions, Submissions Archive, and Publishing features.

This role supports remote and hybrid work across time zones in Europe. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in life sciences regulatory roles, strong English, and experience with RIM applications,

Formación

• 3+ years within the regulatory industry for life sciences in Regulatory Operations, Regulatory Affairs, or related areas.
• 3+ years in consulting, solution consulting, support, or business liaison roles.
• Experience in using and/or implementing RIM applications and processes including document management, submission building, publishing, and archiving electronic submissions.

Responsabilidades

• Be the product evangelist and provide subject matter expertise for the Veeva RIM products, especially Submissions, Submissions Archive and Publishing use cases.
• Stay up to date with features and roadmap direction and communicate the future roadmap vision.
• Educate Veeva RIM customers in our Customer Communities and various forums.
