Columbia Sportswear Co. is seeking a Retail Associate to serve as a brand ambassador and deliver exceptional in-store experiences through positive customer interactions. You will respond to questions, recommend products, operate POS and inventory tools, and support store leadership in daily operations, merchandising, and customer service.

No formal education is required; two years of experience or less preferred; must be 16 years or older and able to work a flexible retail schedule.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years experience or less in a retail role.
• Familiar with inventory and POS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering consumer questions and addressing issues.
• Maintain store visuals, cleanliness, and safety standards; stock merchandise as needed.
• Handle cash register transactions including sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Support store profitability by managing product flow and assisting customers and loyalty programs.
