Brookshire Grocery Company, based in Texas, seeks an Office Supervisor to oversee money flow and customer transactions, while leading the office staff and ensuring top-tier customer service.

You will train partners, maintain AML compliance, perform audits, manage bank deposits and reports, and supervise cash handling. This role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and strong team leadership.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years related experience.
• 21+ to drive for Company business where applicable.
• HIPAA certification within 2 weeks of starting.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification within 2 weeks.
• AML certification within 2 weeks.
• Advanced knowledge of alcohol, tobacco, and lottery regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Train and develop partners, schedule, plan, assign, and direct work.
• Oversee AML compliance and government money regulations.
• Conduct daily office audits, prepare bank deposits, and run reports.
• Balance cash drawers and safes; monitor cash handling and deposits.
• Investigate and report store overages and shortages to management.
• Review cashier reports for variance and alert Store Director of concerns.
• Coordinate with retail support to resolve office-related issues.
• Maintain records of purchases and transactions and file necessary docs.
• Adhere to tender policies for checks, credit, debit, and other tender types.
• Handle general store office duties including supplies, calls, and emails.
