Brookshire Grocery Company is hiring a Retail Associate to engage with customers, ring up purchases, bag groceries, and locate products while maintaining accurate tender and a safe shopping environment.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, promoting the Thank You Card program, and keeping front-end areas stocked and presentable. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Basic knowledge of cash register.
• Basic knowledge of tender policies and procedures.
• Basic mathematical and counting skills.
• Ability to learn new technology systems, methods and processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and partners.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures correct checkout totals by weighing, keying, and scanning items.
• Maintains accurate money count in register.
• Remains familiar with product codes and ad items.
• Promotes enrollment in the Thank You Card program and assists sign-up.
• Stocks racks, drink coolers and cleaning supply stations.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and sanitary store environment.
• Adheres to all company safety procedures and laws for restricted items.
