Job summary

ADYD Group is seeking an Inspection Resident Engineer in Madrid, Spain to guarantee error-free assembly, minimize delays, and uphold the project schedule. You will supervise mechanical assembly, interpret procedures, manage tests, and ensure conformance with ITPs, welding, and QC standards.

You will coordinate with suppliers and site teams to prevent rework, review NCRs, and secure timely delivery of assembled goods to the project site.

Qualifications

Mechanical assembly of complex industrial equipment.
Interpretation of assembly procedures (sequence, torque, alignment, manuals).
Instrumentation, cabling, and pneumatic systems.
Interpretation of mechanical drawings, 3D models, wiring diagrams.
Industrial quality assurance and Non-Conformities management.
Witnessing tests and test procedures (ITPs, leak/pressure tests, FAT).

Responsibilities

Oversee assembly supervision and ensure execution per approved sequence and manuals.
Monitor quality inspection plans and ensure calibrated tools and torque procedures are followed.
Lead quality control and oversee assembly checklists and critical hold points.
Review non-conformities and drive immediate corrective actions.
Ensure integrity of welded joints and interfaces and report non-compliant assemblies.
Witness testing activities and document outcomes.
