Fundación IIS Aragón in Spain seeks a First Stage Researcher (R1) for the NEOLIVER project to join a dynamic biomedical research team.

You will perform isolation and characterization of endothelial, mesenchymal, and smooth muscle progenitor cells, conduct phenotypic and transcriptomic analyses, and ensure proper data archiving and safety compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Biochemistry or life sciences, a Master's in Biomedicine, and at least one year of biomedical research experience.

• Master's degree in Biomedicine required.
• At least one year of biomedical research experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Isolate and characterize endothelial, mesenchymal, and smooth muscle progenitor cells.
• Collaborate on phenotypic and transcriptomic analyses of cell lines.
• Record, process and archive experimental data per NEOLIVER project standards.
• Provide technical and organizational support to the research group.
• Design and optimize experimental procedures for NEOLIVER project.
• Maintain and ensure quality of tests and safety standards.
• Support lab sample processing for in vitro tests on vascular structures.
• Perform histological, molecular and microscopy characterization tests of organoids and liver tumor models.
