Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC)- BarcelonaTECH is seeking a First Stage Researcher to support engineering projects. The role focuses on coordinating European alliances, administering the ERP Odoo platform, and managing campaigns and events using Odoo’s modules.

The candidate will configure CRM, Email Marketing, Surveys, and Events, maintain catalogs, and ensure timely, accurate documentation. Strong organizational and teamwork skills are essential.

Formación

• Knowledge of functional administration of ERP systems (Odoo).
• Experience in managing European research projects is advantageous.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and develop communication campaigns linked to projects.
• Coordinate administrative tasks for European research projects.
• Configure and manage Odoo modules: CRM, Email Marketing, Surveys, Events, Website, Mail Groups.
• Manage and update product/service catalogs in Odoo.
• Organize and manage corporate events or European project activities using Odoo Events.
• Oversee Odoo communication modules: Email Marketing, Surveys, Mail Groups.
