The University of A Coruña invites applications for a permanent IT infrastructure specialist in the CITIC centre. You will coordinate the IT staff, manage Linux systems and the HPC platform, and contribute to deployment and monitoring across research projects.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, expertise in Docker and virtualization, and strong documentation skills to support research activities and tech transfer initiatives.

Formación

• The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent and official language certificates if required.
• Candidates should demonstrate up-to-date work history with relevant ICT infrastructure experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the work of staff in CITIC’s IT department and provide technical support for infrastructure.
• Manage Linux systems, HPC platform, and tools used in research activities.
• Collaborate on deployment, monitoring, and improvement of projects and environments.
• Prepare and configure environments for prototypes and demonstrations; document processes.
