Job summary

Concentrix Spain NWE Services, S.L.U. in Málaga is seeking a Renewal Specialist for the German market to manage the renewals cycle and strengthen Microsoft relationships.

You will convert leads into opportunities, identify upsell/cross-sell potential, and coordinate with PCM, TCM, and CE to ensure on-time closures. Requires German native or proficient, advanced English, 2+ years sales, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of the IT industry with the ability to learn quickly about products and solutions.
• Ability to understand customer needs and deliver customized pitches and solutions.
• Experience selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions (preferred).
• Master’s degree in CS/Math/Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

What you will do in this role

• Act as Primary point of contact for the customer during the renewals process, building trust & setting the foundation for long term Microsoft relationship
• Effectively turn renewals leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria, e.g. BANT (budget, authority, need and timeline)
• Engage with small and medium businesses across industries, company sizes and types to determine their needs and identify upsell/cross sell opportunities
• Understand customers current Microsoft license position, leading with Microsoft's cloud technologies to secure customer wins, maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities collaborating with Solution Specialists and other stakeholders as needed
• Support renewal process by engaging & co-ordinating multiple stakeholders (PCM, TCM, CE) aligned to customer needs, ensuring renewal closes on time

Your qualifications

• Are native or proficient in German with advanced English
• Have 2+ years sales experience with a proven track record of success
• Have experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications and passion for cloud technologies
• Possess general knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accurately
• Demonstrate your ability to understand customer needs, create and deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutions
• Have an achievement and success-driven personality
• Have experience selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions (preferred)

It would be a plus if you have:

• Experience working within a technical sales or presales environment preferred
• Experience in one of these relevant fields: computer science, mathematics or engineering
• Master’s degree. Major or minor in computer science, mathematics or engineering

• Base Salary of 25,000 euros gross/year + up to 4,000 euros gross/ year variable bonus and private medical insurance
