Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Work and Family Life Specialist (Remote) to provide one-on-one consultations, education, and information on FFSP program areas. Services are delivered virtually and in person, supporting service members and families worldwide, including Navy ships.

Required are a Bachelor's in social science or related field, robust presentation/training experience, and proficiency with Outlook/Teams and databases. Travel up to 50% and SOFA status may be needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in social science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience making presentations and facilitating training for large and small groups in person and through online platforms.
• Experience using various forms of digital technology to facilitate virtual training.
• Knowledge of FFSP programs and related program areas.
• Strong technical acumen with tools to support virtual service delivery (Outlook, Teams, databases).

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-person and virtual workshops across Work and Family Life Program areas.
• Provide one-on-one consultations for service members and families.
• Provide location-specific information and referral services in-person or virtually.
• Support disaster preparedness or crisis response globally, including aboard Navy ships.
• Enter information into the government system of record for all services provided.
• Use collaboration platforms and video tools to communicate with stakeholders and deliver virtual services.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for technology issues during delivery.
• Cross-train and support additional program areas as assigned.
• Support marketing and outreach to promote program awareness and usage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
