Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Visual/Web Designer based in Spain to shape polished digital experiences across marketing websites and landing pages. You will work within scalable design systems, translating research into intuitive interfaces, and collaborating with researchers, strategists, designers, developers, clients, and senior stakeholders in a remote European environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional design experience (agency/technology/freelance).
• Strong portfolio with high-fidelity UI and web design for desktop and mobile.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma with scalable design files.
• Good working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of design systems, typography, color, grids, and reusable patterns.
• Ability to translate research and user requirements into practical interfaces.
• Experience in agency workflows and project-based environments.
• Strong visual judgment, attention to detail, and focus on usability.
• Excellent written and verbal English for international collaboration.
• Confidence presenting concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Ownership, accountability, independence, and problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Design digital experiences across marketing websites, landing pages, and other touchpoints from concepts to hand-off.
• Define visual languages, interfaces, and assets for consistent user experiences.
• Create and maintain scalable design systems with organized components and workflows.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and site maps to communicate concepts clearly.
• Produce high-fidelity UI designs for desktop and mobile with strong visual quality.
• Translate research and data insights into intuitive interface solutions.
• Establish design guidelines and standards for consistency and scalability across projects.
• Transform complex concepts into clear, visually compelling assets including diagrams.
• Consider motion and interaction as part of the design process for engaging experiences.
• Present concepts, insights, and milestones to teams, clients, and executives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and take ownership of deliverables.
